We adhere to strict ethical guidelines developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Duties of Authors

  • Originality: Authors must guarantee that the work is entirely original. Plagiarism in any form (including self-plagiarism) is strictly unacceptable.
  • Accuracy: Data must be presented truthfully. Fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate data constitutes unethical behavior.
  • Co-authorship: All individuals who contributed significantly to the research must be listed as co-authors.
  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or professional conflicts of interest that might influence their results.

Duties of Reviewers

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others.
  • Objectivity: Reviews must be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
  • Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must decline review invitations if they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive or collaborative connections with the authors.
  • Promptness: If a reviewer feels unqualified or cannot complete the review on time, they should notify the editorial board immediately.

Plagiarism and Retractions

All submitted articles are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin or local plagiarism detection tools. If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the review or publication, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. If published articles are found to contain plagiarized materials, they will be retracted following COPE guidelines.
